I got participants to pre-register for a webinar instead of simply giving them a link. I have 70 people in there who now need me to send them the event recording. I want a database to use in the organisation's mail chimp account. How do I download their email addresses? I cannot find anywhere with instructions!

If you can give step by step instructions on how to fill it out so support understands that I'm not getting Zoom. I already have Zoom. I did turn down the security level to safe list only and registered for a sorority meeting on Zoom. Didn't get the confirmation email. I tried again on the low security level and still didn't get the email.

Since this is a domain issue, our advice is to create a new Hotmail account and see if you could get an email from that domain. Be sure to check it out on the web version of Outlook. I don't understand what you're talking about with an email being there or not. I need Outlook. How do I say that in a language that the support team will understand it, and help me?
I cannot use another email address permanently because it is tied to my profile with my sorority. So it will be a bigger issue to make a new email because of my sorority's process of verifying it. Why can't anyone in support just lift the block or put it on the whitelist on the Microsoft level since on the account level it doesn't change anything?
